Missed or late-cancelled sessions are non-refundable.

The 24-hour cancellation policy applies regardless of reason, including illness or personal circumstances.
4. Changes & Cancellations by the Studio
-
We reserve the right to cancel, reschedule, or amend classes, instructors, or timetables where necessary.

5. Health & Participation
-
By attending classes, you confirm that you are fit and well enough to participate in physical exercise.
-
You are advised to consult your GP or healthcare professional before starting any fitness programme, particularly if pregnant, postnatal, or managing a medical condition.
-
You must inform your instructor of any injuries, medical conditions, or pregnancy before attending a class.
-
Please do not attend classes if you are feeling unwell or contagious.
6. Infrared Pilates (Infrared heated Classes)
Infrared Pilates classes take place in a heated environment and are higher-intensity in nature. Participation carries inherent risks, including but not limited to overheating, dehydration, dizziness, strain, or injury.
Infrared classes are not suitable during pregnancy. Clients who are pregnant, postnatal, or who have any medical conditions or health concerns must not attend unless they have sought appropriate medical advice and informed the instructor in advance.
By booking and attending an Inferno class, you acknowledge and accept the risks associated with participation and confirm that you take responsibility for monitoring your own wellbeing and physical limits during the session. You agree to stop exercising immediately if you feel unwell or uncomfortable.
7. Studio Etiquette
-
Please arrive 5 minutes early to allow time to prepare for your class.
-
Entry may not be permitted once a class has begun, particularly for reformer or heated sessions. Late arrivals may be treated as a no-show.
-
Grip socks are mandatory for all reformer classes for safety and hygiene reasons. Clients without appropriate grip socks may be refused entry and the session treated as a no-show.
-
Grip socks are available to purchase at the studio.
-
Mobile phones must be silenced during classes.
-
Respectful behaviour towards staff and other clients is expected at all times.
8. Personal Belongings
-
Personal belongings are brought to the studio at your own risk.

We do not accept responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
