Mat Pilates

Pilates offers a dynamic, low impact, full body practice that forms the foundation of our movement philosophy. Our approach focuses on core strength, alignment, flexibility, and mindful movement. Barre

Our Barre classes offer a low impact yet high burn workout that beautifully blends pilates principles and ballet-inspired movement. In an uplifting environment, you’ll use the barre and light equipment to perform small, controlled pulses that sculpt and strengthen the body from head to toe. Each class is designed to improve posture, enhance flexibility, and build deep, lasting strength, leaving you feeling energised, empowered, and perfectly aligned, both physically and mentally.

PWR Sculpt

PWR Sculpt is a low impact, circuit-style class combining classical pilates with progressive, strength focused training. Using bodyweight, heavier weights and equipment, it builds lean muscle, improves bone density, and enhances core stability, posture, and control. Movements are performed at a slower, intentional pace to maintain precise technique, alignment, and breath, ensuring excellent form throughout. Expect to leave each session feeling strong, balanced, resilient, and energised.

Reformer Pilates

Reformer pilates is a full body, low impact practice performed on the reformer using spring-based resistance. Each session is designed to build strength, increase flexibility, and cultivate deep core stability through controlled, precise movement. Suitable for all levels, our reformer classes enhance posture, balance, and muscle tone while supporting joint health and encouraging efficient, pain free movement. Inferno Pilates

Performed in a 35°C infrared-heated studio, this 45-minute, pilates inspired workout delivers a full body burn. Combining pilates principles with infrared therapy, each class supports detoxification, improves circulation, and enhances mobility and flexibility. Classes focus on strengthening, aligning, and toning the body using dumbbells, booty bands, and pilates balls to build endurance, control, and stability. Expect to sweat and leave each session feeling energised, balanced and strong.
